All data created by Focus Timer (site limits, time tracking data, daily statistics, and user preferences) is stored locally on your device using Chrome's built-in storage API (chrome.storage.local). This data:

Never leaves your device
Is not accessible to any external server
Is not shared with any third parties
Can be cleared at any time by removing the extension

4. Permissions

Focus Timer requires certain Chrome permissions to function:

activeTab / tabs: To detect which website you are currently visiting and track time spent
storage: To save your site limits and tracking data locally
alarms: To handle daily timer resets at midnight

These permissions are used solely for the Extension's core functionality and never for data collection.

5. Third-Party Services

Focus Timer does not integrate with any third-party services, APIs, or analytics platforms. The Extension operates entirely offline after installation.

6. Children's Privacy

Focus Timer does not knowingly collect information from children under 13. Since the Extension collects no data from any user, it is inherently compliant with children's privacy regulations.
